NLMA Instructors:

Our No Limits Martial Arts Instructors all received their Black Belts in 2007, and have been training in Goju Ryu Karate for over 11 years. A family team, they work together to bring out the best in all of their students. Together they hold many world titles, under many different organizations. Their drive for success has made them some of the top martial arts competitors.

Sensei Adam, Sensei Elyse, and Sempai Luke were all inducted into the Universal Martial Arts Hall of Fame (UMAHoF) in 2010. The awards ceremony was held in San Antonio, Texas. Sensei Adam, Sensei Elyse, and Sempai Luke have competed around the world including countries such as; the United States of America, Jamaica, Dominican Republic, Cuba, Mexico, Panama, and Costa Rica.

Sensei Adam Molnar, B.A., B.Ed.
Sensei Adam graduated from Wilfrid Laurier University in 2011 from the Contemporary Studies Program with the Children's Education and Development Option. He received his Bachelor of Education degree from Brock University. Sensei Adam is also the Regional Director for Team Canada. He was involved in competitive swimming for 8 years, and first got involved in martial arts to use it as a cross training sport.

- WCOAA MVP Recipient in Nuevo Vallarta, Mexico

- Inducted into the Universal Martial Arts Hall of Fame in 2010.

Sensei Elyse Molnar
Elyse is currently attending Wilfrid Laurier University where she is studying Children's Education and Development. Sensei Elyse is a Provincial Ice Dance Champion and competed at Canadian Nationals. Sensei Elyse holds the highest Skate Canada Starskate test levels in all disciplines; 4 gold levels and diamond dance. She coaches figure skating during her free time and first got involved in martial arts to use it as a cross training sport. Sensei Elyse also holds a CanFit Pro certification. Martial arts helped to develop her flexibility, fine motor skills, balance and endurance, which she then applied to her national level skating.

Sempai Luke Molnar
Luke holds many world titles, including the prestigious triple crown award from the International Congress of Martial Arts, where he traveled to Panama and Costa Rica to compete for Team Canada. Sempai Luke was on the PSAA Championship team for volleyball last year. He uses his martial arts training to help him advance in many other sports. Sempai Luke enjoys teaching the Extreme Martial Arts program, which involves many high level tricks, and dedication.
